Forecast & report on data |
Run reports to access data such as forecasted contracted spend, detailed performance figures, management information and exception reporting. Reports can be generated with a choice of content, format and frequency, and can be produced on-demand or scheduled and delivered by email. |

Repository of information |
Framework stores all information centrally giving visibility into all contract, supplier and product information to enable more effective contract and supplier management. Notes and document attachments and scanned copies of the contract can be easily accessed. |

Action tasks |
Create tasks associated to a contract or supplier. These can either be actioned by the creator or assigned to a colleague to be completed. This optimises the contract management process, providing an audit trail of tasks, visibility into the progress of tasks including how long each step takes to complete and where delays are occurring. |

Milestone dates |
Milestone dates such as cancellation, review periods and automatic renewal dates can be entered into the system. The system utilises the automatic email notifications to inform relevant employees of these dates, providing plenty of time for contract managers to deal with any issues that may arise such as re-examining the business needs or the performance of the existing arrangements, in according with procedures and policies of the organisation. |

Automatic emails notifications can be set up to be sent when an event occurs within Framework. For example, when a contract meets a ‘milestone’ date or when a task is ready to be completed; allowing effective measures to be taken to maximise the management of contracts, suppliers and products. |

Organised search facility |
Framework provides multiple methods to search for contracts, suppliers and products. The filter on the home page allows a quick search facility when entering a few related characters. Whilst the advanced search allows for more details search criteria to be entered. Additionally, the home page provides quick links to the last viewed contract, supplier or report. |

Reconcile invoices |
It has been estimated that around 15% of supplier invoices are inaccurate. Framework allows you to reconcile actual invoice amounts against forecasted amounts generated through the terms and conditions of the contract. |

Framework enables you to create a supplier database which you can then store pertinent information including current financial standing, corporate social responsibility and reliability.
