This new release has taken the evolution of Framework to the next step, delivering extensive new features that have been designed to make managing contracts and suppliers as effective as possible. With each new release Framework further advances as one of the world’s leading contract management solutions.

With the focus to improve usability Framework version 2020.3.0 contains subtle changes to the layout whilst maintaining the familiar look and feel that will result in a more positive overall user experience.

Framework is a secure and flexible web-based solution that provides a comprehensive insight into contractual spend and presents the tools to effectively manage contracts and reduce costs. This is achieved through a central repository for contract and supplier documents and information, with email notifications of milestone dates and task management facility for further improving business processes. With the inbuilt powerful data reporting this makes forecasting contract costs more accurate and easier to extract.

The protection of data is always at the top of Software Europe’s security objectives and this is confirmed with their ISO/IEC 27001:2005 certification. Having introduced more advanced methods, Framework version 2020.3.0 offers greater options for user level security and increased protection of access passwords.

Framework contains useful configuration options, which are primarily set up during implementation. What’s more, this release sees the addition of different types of user defined fields such as currency or the ability to enter multiple lines of text in a formatted box. All these fields can be grouped into subject headings, and managed by a drag and drop web page design tool. Using the reporting wizard and scheduler this data can be included in reports for viewing, sharing and analysis.
