Total Support Promise

At no extra fee, Software Europe’s Total Support Promise gives us a major competitive advantage and our customers peace of mine.  All support is managed at Software Europe’s Head Office in Lincoln, UK, and is part of an unequivocal commitment to your success. 

All our clients are appointed a dedicated account manager as a single point of contact - to make your life easier and so we can ensure we know all about you and your needs.

Support
Our support helpdesk is there for all users from 9am until 5pm every working day.  The helpdesk is managed at all times by Senior Technical Consultants.  This is in addition to the regular helpdesk team.

On calling Software Europe during office hours, users are transferred straight to the appropriate Technical Support representative. Users can also email the support team, who will make direct User contact within 20 minutes of receiving an email.

Emergency Support
An additional part of our all-inclusive support package is our emergency, out of hours, Technical Support.  Without exception, this 24 hour hotline is available to all Clients 365 days a year.

Support Portal
All users can request membership to the support portal which will give them direct access to resources, documentation and support for all software europe products.

Training
In addition to the helpdesk and emergency support, we offer training to all users through various methods including online demonstrations, workshops and annual User Groups.
