Business Link Northwest is an impartial, free-to-use business support and information service providing relevant and up-to-date information for businesses and individuals in the North West.
Why the need to automate?
With over 170 remote-working brokers incurring travel expenses, controlling the Duty of Care Policy was imperative to the business goals and expenses provided the framework to ensure that these policies were adhered to. The expense solution they were looking for also had to be easy to implement and have an increased efficiency of operation.
