Employee Directory

framework holds contact information for all employees in a central location. This information can be as detailed as required and access to this information can be determined through definable roles and access rights.

Having immediate access to this information, improves communication channels between all employees involved with specific contracts, allowing any queries to be solved in a shorter time frame.

Audit Trail

framework logs all additions, alterations and deletions made to the system in the audit log, which can be set to email nominated personnel.

The purpose of the audit log is to provide an administrator with the ability to trace who changed any aspect of the framework database and when. In the case of alterations, the audit log provides field value before and after the alteration.

User Roles & Restricted Access

It is essential that users of the system are granted access to the areas of the system that are relevant to jobs they undertake in relation to framework.

The defining of "User Roles" gives the ability to design profiles that categorise the different users. These roles are then assigned access rights and areas of the application they are entitled to access and use.

Documents and contracts have difference levels of access, these are:

File/DocumentManagement

When a file is attached in framework, it is uploaded and stored in a secure location. A sequence suffix will be appended to differentiate between the different files avoiding file duplication. A file storage structure shows the available directory’s in an organised manner where attached files can be stored.

Unlike other contracts management solutions framework incorporates an unrivalled tailored flexibility allowing users to create an unlimited number of user defined fields enabling an infinite amount of information to be stored against each contract, product and supplier.

Email notifications can be set when certain actions occur within framework. The most common use is to notify personnel of contract review and renewal periods.
