Terms and Conditions

By completing a booking form you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. If you do not wish to agree then you should not complete the booking form. Please contact us on 01522 881300 if you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions.

Data Protection
The information you provide on this booking form will be held on a database to process the confirmation of your place and to keep you up to date with other relevant products and services provided by Software Europe. We do not pass your details on to any companies for marketing purposes.

Cancellation

a)    By the delegate:
We are always happy to help make changes to a booking. But whilst it is appreciated that you may need to cancel or change bookings, we have a cancellation policy in operation and late cancellations can deny someone else from attending.

  • Cancellation 60-31 days prior to the event start date: 75% fee payable

  • Cancellation 30 days or less prior to the event start date: Full fee payable

You may transfer your place at any event to another person provided that he or she is employed by your company and you notify us (or the host for the event) prior to the event being held.

b)    By Software Europe:
We will only cancel a event if there are insufficient attendees to make it cost effective.  We aim to notify attendees of cancellation at the earliest opportunity.

In the event of a cancellation, we will notify you by email or telephone or in writing and will refund only the amount paid by you for your place. Refunds will be made using the same method as used to pay for the booking.

Changes to the event
If the event is moved to another date or venue or the event is significantly changed, you will be notified by email or telephone or in writing and your booking will remain valid should you wish to attend. If you notify us (by email or telephone or in writing) that you do not wish to attend, we will refund only the amount paid by you for your place. Refunds will be made using the same method as used to pay for the booking.

Payment terms
Payment must be received 30 days before the start date of the Event
Invoices will be sent upon receipt of the booking and should be paid no later than 30 days before the event start date, otherwise bookings cannot be guaranteed.

Additional Information
It is your responsibility to advise us of any change of your email or postal address or telephone number having made a booking. If you fail to do so and we are unable to contact you, you will not receive any refund.

The right to admission to any event is jointly reserved by us and the host for any event; health and safety, environmental and security concerns will be taken into account and reasonable conditions may be imposed upon your admittance, which if you are unwilling to accept will mean that you will not be admitted to the event and in such circumstances no refund will be given.

Quality Assured
At the end of the event, you will be asked to complete an evaluation form.

To ensure we maintain a high quality of service, we welcome your comments and suggestions and would ask that you take the time to complete these details and return them to us.
